1. The Product

  • ATS Resume Pack is a digital product — a downloadable bundle of resume templates and guides
  • You receive instant access via email after successful payment
  • All files are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipment.

2. No Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final
  • Once the download link is delivered, we cannot offer refunds
  • Please read the product description carefully before purchasing
  • If you face a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly

3. License & Usage

  • Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the templates and materials
  • You may use the templates for your own job applications
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repackage any part of this product
  • You may not claim the templates or written content as your own original work

4. Intellectual Property

  • All templates, guides, checklists, and written content in this pack are the intellectual property of ATS Resume Pack
  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action

5. Delivery

  • Your download link will be emailed to the address you provide at checkout
  • If you don't receive it within 15 minutes, check spam or revisit your order link from the confirmation email
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses entered at checkout

6. Accuracy & Results

  • We make no guarantees about specific job outcomes or interview results
  • The templates and guides are tools to improve your resume — results depend on individual effort, qualifications, and market conditions

7. Payment

  • All payments are processed securely by Razorpay
  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of all charges
